Grue Kashmir Tour and Travels – Cancellation Policy

Flight Tickets

• If flight tickets are booked through Grue Kashmir Tour and Travels and the fare is non-refundable, 100% of the ticket amount will be deducted.

Tour Package, Hotel Booking, or Transportation

• 60 days or more before the arrival date: 25% of the total tour cost will be retained.
• Within 15 days of the arrival date: 50% of the total tour cost will be retained.
• Within 7 days of the arrival date: 100% of the total tour cost will be retained.

Note: All cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the above terms.
